2. The personal information processed is provided to us directly by the applicant in order for the W H Hirst Memorial Homes to be able to offer appropriate accommodation and meet the objects of the charity.
3. The lawful basis that we rely on for processing this information is our legitimate interest in assessing your application and managing the charity in line with its objectives. We have balanced this with your rights, freedoms, and reasonable expectations.

5. We keep interview information for 5 years. We will dispose of your information by deleting all your information.
